We are two sisters in our fifties and train on a Wednesday afternoon in our local park with a group of friends and others whom have become friends. Participation in this training with Andy over the years on a regular basis has maintained a healthy level of fitness and general well-being for us. It is so convenient with Andy coming to our local park and most enjoyable training in a small group with family and friends. I have taken to exercise late in life and thanks to Andy’s enthusiasm, encouragement and vigorous training (by my standards anyway!), I have managed to improve my fitness, become more aware of my health and have a more positive attitude to life.
From the moment we arrive Ceinwen instills the energy in us to get through the day. Every session she inspires us to get the absolute best out of ourselves and she does all of this with a smile. She’s our inspiration.
Andy’s commitment to improving our fitness isn’t just on the track. Having never run more than 10km and setting a challenge to run a half-marathon, it was Andy’s customized program that ensured I crossed the finish line with a pulse. We call him the Smiling Assassin as he regularly sends us up the Swanbourne Mountain with a timer and a grin. Those Friday drinks are well deserved after Andy’s sessions.
We feel like thirsty sheep dogs during Don’s endurance training sessions. So varied, so hard and perfect for those who are short on time and need a 1hr intense workout to keep their fitness up.
I have seen a number of personal trainers over the years, but none more committed to my own wellbeing and fitness than Ceinwen and Andy. As busy as I am – with both international and domestic travel, I know that Andy and Ceinwen will push my limits and also ensure I have a solid program of fitness through the week and when travelling.
I could not recommend them more highly. Andy begins my week at 7am on Monday and Ceinwen gives me a thorough push (words actually don’t explain it) mid-week.
This means that my fitness stays at its peak and I continue to improve my conditioning.
Finally….my arms have NEVER looked better!
Not only is Ceinwen an inspiration to us all with her amazing feats.
It’s the great smile enthusiasm and attitude she brings each day even at 5.30 am hail or shine. The work out is pretty intense but if you’re looking to improve your health and fitness and enjoy the process there is no better coach, on top of that she also knows the science behind it to get results you want

Andy is amazing and even more than that the results have been outstanding. Andy has turned me into a leaner meaner fighting machine. I even managed to achieve my goal of running this year’s 12 km city to surf which is all the more amazing as I could not run more than 1 km when I started Andy’s training.
I would not have achieved any of the results to date without Andy’s instruction, guidance and motivation and I strongly recommend Andy’s services to anyone who wants to move towards a life of fitness.
